Success In This Role Looks Like:
- Writing and editing various content used for but not limited to the following: newsletters, annual reports, digital content, blog posts, brochures, corporate sponsorship proposals, donor thank yous, and funding requests.
- Attending in-take meetings for all projects and assists with the development of creative briefs as well as participating in brainstorming sessions with the communications and development teams.
- Assisting the Development Team by producing marketing content for donor visits and fundraising events.
- Conducting research on any given topic as needed for program marketing or donor communications, including working with programs to gather information and statistics to support content.
- Assisting with scheduling and conducting interviews with HumanKind staff, program participants, guests, donors, leadership and volunteers to drive content and storytelling.
- Transcribing interviews and produce simple, direct and persuasive copy which inspires action and meets fundraising goals.
- Collaborating with all HumanKind colleagues and team members to provide best possible photos and content concepts to encourage integration.
