JOB TITLE: Senior Research Executive (Quantitative)

LOCATION: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

DURATION: Full time

We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused Senior Research Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project management, client relations, and research execution to deliver exceptional results.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering support and guidance to ensure project success.
Facilitate smooth recruitment and fieldwork processes by efficiently gathering client information and materials.
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment and fieldwork progress, proactively addressing any issues to exceed expectations.
Demonstrate expertise in various research methods and approaches tailored to meet diverse business needs.
Conduct one-to-one interviews with research respondents via telephone and face-to-face, while also developing group moderating skills.
Independently develop presentation frameworks and contribute to presentation slides.
Confidently present project debriefs to clients, showcasing key insights and recommendations.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience in market research within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
