Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant with experience or strong interest in men’s health, specifically TRT, weight management, vitamin, and ED therapies. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a mid-level, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and customer experience. The ideal individual will be a team player that values creating a collaborative and trusting work environment. Experience with Testosterone Replacement Therapy, weight loss, Peptides, or ED treatments (shockwave therapy, P-shots, trimix) experience is a plus!

This position will start part time (3 days per week) and will increase to full time based on clinic growth.

The Role:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including patient health histories.
• Educate patients on the relevant offerings and options.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Provide direction to medical staff as needed
• Be a source of disease state and therapeutic option education to the public
• Maintain patient records

This candidate would exhibit exceptional skills and a willingness to be trained in the following areas:

• Testosterone Replacement: Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
• Weight management (GLP-1s etc.)
• Erectile Dysfunction: Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
• Be available for four days of on-site training at our Carlsbad Corporate Training facility - Dates in May to be determined

Key Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant license in CA,
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice; hormone therapy experience highly valued,
• Proficiency in electronic medical records.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits,
• Active DEA Certificate,
• Active Controlled Substance Registration
• Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on men’s health issues,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
