Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Retention Specialist to join our organization. The primary objective of this position is to manage accounts that are in the process of being canceled. This role involves guiding customers to make informed decisions regarding their account status by providing them with insights into the implications of canceling their accounts.

In this role you will:

  • Reach out to designated customers by phone and email who have initiated the cancellation of their home security services
  • Follow up on designated accounts until the cancellation process is finalized
  • Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts promptly and professionally
  • Process customer payments for account cancellation fees
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM and tracking documents
  • Aid customers in reconsidering the cancellation of their accounts
  • Effectively address and resolve customer issues and concerns

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, retention, collections, or relevant experience
