QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a sauté cook or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sauteing techniques, flavor profiles, and culinary trends
  • Ability to follow recipes and keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge about food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills

 

CAN YOU TAKE THE HEAT?

Full- and part-time shifts are available during these hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 12-8 PM
  • Friday - Saturday 12-10 PM
  • Sunday - 11- 8 PM

You're a pivotal component in our kitchen, working closely with your team to ensure a smooth food service. To start your day, you set up and stock your workstations with all the necessary ingredients. While following all food safety and sanitization guidelines, you prepare and cook a variety of sauteed items according to our recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. You clean your equipment and keep an eye on our inventory, requesting more supplies as we run low. When we're looking to change up our menu, you offer suggestions for new sauteed dishes.
