LPN for Long-Term Care

Our client is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for service in Group Homes and Long Term Care facilities in the Windham, Chester, Guilford, CT and surrounding areas.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
* Various shifts per diem & on-going schedule
* Rates starting at $42/hr

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide direct care and nursing services to patients as directed
* Maintain records such as Medication Administration and medical charts
* Obtain patient data and vital signs and report to RN/Medical Director
* Screen residents for medical/dental exams and schedule appropriate appointments
* Ensure accurate and timely initiation of medications, ordering and destroying medications

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Current and unrestricted RN License or LPN License in CT
* Current CPR
* Must be 21 years of age or older, as required by CT state
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: Fingerprinting, Criminal and FBI, Child Abuse
