To excel as a Disney LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you need a valid LPN license, strong clinical skills, and experience with basic patient care in either a hospital, clinic, or occupational health setting. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs), first aid equipment, and workplace safety protocols are typically required.
