A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PARENT CASE MANAGER:

As a Parent Case Manager, you'll kick off your day by providing a warm welcome to new families, guiding them through the intricate map of support we offer. Picture yourself making that introductory phone call, a lifeline for families on the brink, assuring them that help and understanding are just around the corner.

In the afternoon, you step into the role of a mentor, visiting families and sharing positive behavior management techniques. Your influence extends to both adults and children as you model strategies with the grace of a conductor orchestrating harmony. Your 3-ring binders are not just folders; they're vessels of progress and hope, always up to date, reflecting the journey of those you guide.

By evening, you've become a data virtuoso, tracking and organizing BST sessions, training activities, and case notes. You gather information like a storyteller, weaving the narrative of progress and growth. As you present this data to our dedicated team, you realize the impact of your work-a mosaic of positive change.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Graduate of the RIP program

Knowledge and experience in working with young behavior-disordered children and their families would be preferred.

SCHEDULE:

• Part-Time: 16 hours per week
• Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 AM until 8 PM (required hours each week)
