Job Description

Job Summary & Purpose

Future is looking for a driven individual who is able to apply analytical thinking and strategy in pursuit of growing and leading the Wealth verticals Private Marketplace (PMP) programmatic advertising business. You will work with many teams of experienced digital advertising experts focused on advanced monetization strategies to help build and expand our programmatic advertising efforts for our Wealth vertical and across other Future brands.

Additionally, you will work with our media planning, operations, client success and other sales departments to support our team goals and initiatives. Qualified candidates will have previous experience in programmatic advertising as well the desire to lead the growth of their own line of business.

This individual is effective in their ability to work with agencies and clients, smart in their approach to contribute to the growth of Futures PMP business and enthusiastic in their desire to be part of our Companys continuing growth.

The Account Executive will sell and manage programmatic campaigns and subsequently establish and strengthen key agency relationships by focusing on driving revenue, advertiser education and satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on the optimization of digital revenue and the ability to help shape and leverage scalable solutions to grow and support Futures customers.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Digital Advertising agency/client management
  • Sell, manage, and set up Private Marketplace (PMP) deals
  • Prospect for new programmatic digital advertising business and retain and remarket to existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue quotas.
  • Handle spends across multiple platforms to deliver budgets.
  • Analyze performance data and identify insights to inform creative strategies and optimizations.
  • Continuous test and learn approach in improving campaign return on investment.
  • Proficient management of several digital tools, including Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and more.
  • Supplier and Agency management, working with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are adhered to and meet a positive ROI.
  • Regular reporting and updates to relevant internal stakeholders, including the senior leadership team.
  • Communication of PMP performance to the wider business.

Requirements

What do I need to succeed?

  • Relevant advertising sales or planning experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and breaking new business.
  • Excellent technical skills, data, analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills; ability to articulate editorial value proposition and audience quality.
  • Entrepreneurial; embraces change and has desire to contribute toward Futures overall growth.
  • Capable of working with MTA models (multi touch attribution models), and identifying and acting on data trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Netsuite.
  • BS/BA required.
