WHAT'S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIKE?

This position enjoys a life-balanced schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

You play a vital role in our customers' satisfaction by providing essential heating services that help keep their homes cozy and inviting. Every day, you effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain hydronic boilers and piping systems that help maintain the comfort of our client's homes. Additionally, you install new systems for both our residential and commercial clients, handling units of up to 400,000 BTUs with ease. With your dedication to continued education, you're well-versed in all types of equipment, including gas, electric, and oil-fired. You're also skilled in a range of procedures such as tubing installation, floor heating configuration, and ensuring proper venting.

Always diligent, you keep our dispatchers updated on your schedule and notify your manager when supplies are running low. Being proactive, you ensure that you're always ready for any job and keep your van stocked and equipped with all the necessary equipment. While working in clients' homes, you're attentive to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You take pride in interacting with our clients and are always happy to chat with them about our maintenance agreements. Your personable nature and knowledgeable expertise often impress clients and encourage them to sign on with our business. Overall, you're an essential member of our team, providing warmth and comfort to our clients while helping our plumbing and heating business thrive.
