Job Description
Established and growing law firm with multiple offices in North Carolina is seeking a Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal to become a part its Raleigh, NC area team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to the real estate attorney
- Work files from start to finish for residential transactions
- Prepare settlement sheets
- Draft real estate closing documentation
- Handling escrow accounting and disbursements
- Coordinate closings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Possess good computer skills
- Experience with Real Estate closing software is preferred
