Assembler Disk Processing Lab

The successful candidate will work in a cross-disciplinary environment to support the Aerospace/Military industry. The applicant must have high attention to detail while performing intermediate level tasks on a Windows computer, performing automated and semi-automated machine setups, adjustments and basic machine programming.
Other daily tasks include: following detailed process and assembly documentation, reading and interpreting drawings, handling and use of various processing and cleaning chemicals, and the use of specialized equipment. Much of the work involves working with processing chemicals and glass plates, performing inspections while utilizing optical and digital microscopes, and digital calipers.
Other duties as required. Overtime may also be required periodically.
- Photography wet processing or photolithography experience a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, prints, and electronic schematics.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to operate Windows based programs for specialized equipment.
- Ability and willingness to work with hazardous chemicals in a laboratory environment.
