The Expertise We Are Looking For:

·       Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry as an IAR (Required)

·       Series 65/66 (Required)

·       High School Diploma (Required)

·       Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Finance or Similar Field (Preferred)

·       Active State-Specific Life Insurance License (Required)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

·       Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients

·       Actively call out to clients to cultivate new business

·       Network to generate and build prospective client list

·       Build a strong client base with the firm’s exceptional referral system due to a multi-business approach

·       Develop and execute additional prospecting and marketing strategies, as required

·       Explain features, advantages, concepts and disadvantages of investments and insurance products to meet client/prospect needs and promote sales

.       Collaborate and prepare comprehensive financial plan recommendations, while preparing and analyzing financial planning reports, to support those recommendations

·       Customize and sell various types of insurance products and investment services, to businesses and individuals, that best suit the needs of the client

·       Call on clients to deliver and explain policies, strategies and suggest additions or changes

·       Successfully take consumers through the sales cycle 

.       Prepare and participate in all client meetings throughout the pre and post sales cycle

.       Assist in handling client inquiries and service requests

·       Case work and illustrations

·       Assist with the completion and review of applications

Salary: $24,000 base pay plus commission grid
