Maintenance Technician

Pristine Property Management, LLC. and related entities are a business group that provides rental and maintenance of properties (residential and commercial) along with Information Technology Services (software development, support, hosting, etc.), CPA services, and other diverse activities. Operating nationally and internationally, the group has been in existence for over 35 years and continues to expand its operations. 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Technician position is to perform maintenance and repairs on all properties along with a variety of tasks utilizing an array of machinery and vehicles.  In addition, participate in new projects or building rehabilitation such as offices and other facilities. Company vehicles are provided to/from job sites or other destinations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work independently in the performance of standard maintenance and repairs
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical experience is used frequently on the job
• Capability to be trained to operate company equipment
• Willingness and ability to acquire a CDL-A license (company paid)
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one time
• Must have a current valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check and drug test

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• No technical degree required, but is a plus
• Basic knowledge of skilled trade activities in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical work, painting, and lawn care
• Mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of equipment
