Manager, Real Estate & Business Development (NYC)

The role is based in New York City and requires traveling flexibility throughout the city.
As the NYC Real Estate Manager, you will drive supply growth in the New York Area, by working with the Head of Real Estate and the Growth team to identify top-of-the-funnel supply opportunities for Codi, get brokers and landlords onboard, negotiate agreements, manage deal closings, and asset manage the properties in Codi’s portfolio. Your primary role is to sell Codi to brokers and owners of office buildings and to onboard as many quality units as possible.
The best candidates may have Real Estate experience, but it's more important that they have a demonstrated history of sales, learning new processes fast, can evangelize an ever-changing product, and work well in a team environment. Relationship building and management is a must in this role!
