Position Overview:
As a Medical Assistant with our practice, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist Providers during medical examinations and with patient intake and coordination of care
- Prepare patients for evaluation by obtaining vital signs, medication updates etc
- Performing clinical tasks such as EKGs, PFTs, data download
- Using EPIC electronic medical records for documentation and interim patient care
- Provide patient education and answering questions as required
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- Graduation with certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Two years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a private practice seting
- Proficiency in clinical procedures including vital sign measurement,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC) preferred.
