Guest Service Agent

Join the INN crew of hospitality professionals as a Guest Service Agent! Position pays $15.50 per hour with additional incentive potential driven by motivation.

The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Guest Service Agent who has a profound interest in hospitality, a strong desire to build industry knowledge, and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession.

The Guest Service Agents main responsibilities include:

• Responding to internal and external calls focusing on delivering outstanding, luxury service. 
• Following up on guest inquiries and requests, resolving concerns and requests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner, transfer calls to internal departments and guests according to hotel service standards and security protocols and provide information and demonstrate knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities.
• Accept and deliver all messages comprehensively and accurately to the proper parties in a timely manner, using correct grammar.

The position is full time with am and pm shifts available. If you have ever had an interest in learning more about working in luxury hotels, the Guest Service Agent is a great starting point and will provide exposure and understanding of almost every department in the hotel.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Friendly, warm and welcoming when speaking with internal and external guests.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology. Some experience with multiple phone line systems is helpful but not required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
