Key Responsibilities:Execute painting tasks such as cutting & rolling drywall, painting basic trim (baseboards, window frames, fascia, flat doors, stucco trim), making surfaces paint-ready, and patching & texturing drywall and stucco.Learn and begin to apply spray painting techniques under supervision.Assist in the preparation and cleaning of painting equipment, including proficient cleaning of pumps and pressure washing of projects.Collaborate with the painting team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet the high standards set by the company.Follow safety protocols, including operating lift equipment and working safely off ladders.
