Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of proven experience in wholesale grocery buying, with a strong preference for backgrounds in sizable retail or wholesale environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the grocery sector, including market trends, pricing tactics, and supply chain logistics and vendor contacts.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering supplier relationships and collaborating effectively with internal teams and vendors.
• Proficient in data analysis and market trend evaluation to inform strategic purchasing decisions.
• Outstanding organizational capabilities, able to manage numerous projects and deadlines efficiently.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a relevant field is desirable.
