Job Description

YES! We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Flooring Rep with a successful work history working with Dealers/ Contractors /Builders in the Commercial Flooring space in the Houston, TX area. This person will be a driven, motivated professional with flooring knowledge and relationships within the commercial sales space. If you have the qualifications below, we'd like to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Estimating experience (flooring)
Complete change orders
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Schedule appointments
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in outside/commercial sales
Knowledge of flooring products
Work experience in the construction, new construction industry, multi family housing
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Pro%cent software, RFMS and/or Callidus)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Computer proficient
Deadline and detail-oriented
Dependable transportation
