We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Electrical Designer to become a pivotal part of our Portage, Indiana team. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and fellow designers to shape the future of industrial plant electrical systems. This role is your opportunity to leave a mark on critical projects through your innovative design and analysis.

What You'll Do:

Craft crucial engineering drawings, including single line diagrams, panelboard layouts, and comprehensive conduit and cable plans, ensuring adherence to NEC standards.
Champion our drafting excellence, keeping pace with CET and client-specific AutoCAD protocols.
Embark on insightful field surveys within industrial settings to capture essential data, ready to travel briefly if the task demands.
Engage directly with clients, suppliers, and contractors, bringing your expertise to meetings that matter.
Guide and mentor our rising stars in design and drafting, ensuring projects are not just completed, but excelled.
Foster seamless communication across departments to guarantee the integrity and uniformity of our projects’ electrical designs.
While familiarity with ETAP or SKM is a bonus, it's your drive and vision we’re really after.
