Our busy restoration company is seeking an empathetic, hard-working restoration technician to help victims of man-made and natural disasters get their lives back to normal. You'll be responsible for assessing homes for damages, determining what can be salvaged and what needs to be disposed of, and then clean, repair, and restore properties. Responsibilities
• Survey structures for fire, mold, weather, and water damage
• Repair and restore the structure
• Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing
• Deodorize and sanitize indoor space
• Carry out water extraction and mitigation services
Qualifications
• IICRC (WRT) certification is preferred but not required
• Must have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and working in various weather and environments
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Applicant must be skilled in using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup
