Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Bluberi plays a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive the company's growth and success. This individual will oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. With a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and meeting the organization's staffing needs, the Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers and PX partners.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's staffing needs and support its growth objectives, inclusive of new recruiting tools, job fairs and developing relationships across the US and Canada (Canada preferred not required)
  • Develop community partnerships across the US and in Canada directly related to our current and future staffing needs.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods and tools, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with PX partners to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand, positioning Bluberi as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to see color and the ability to adjust focus. Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least ten (10) pounds, and prolonged instances of sitting during the shift

Travel required

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Required education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a talent acquisition team to attract, source and hire qualified talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods in both US and Canada.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies; UKG and LinkedIn preferred

Preferred education and experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Experience managing recruitment for a high-growth organization or within a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare, finance).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing a community partnership plan
