TEEMA Group is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in San Jose, CA, USA. The successful candidate will provide mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services.
Psychosocial Assessments
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Conduct assessments and evaluations.
Provide crisis intervention services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Meditech
Discharging planning
Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California.
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or inpatient setting.
Knowledgeable with CBT and DBT
BLS Certification
Day Shift: 8:30am-5pm
