Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer of high end construction products seeking a motivated sales leader. Primary focus will be obtaining new Dealers, Distributors while working with custom builders and architects in the market and servicing existing business. Territory covers CA, AZ, NV, NM and requires 60% travel. Can work remote from any of these states. Experience in working with architects, interior designers and General Contractors is required. Company offers credit card, travel expenses in addition to benefits package. No cap on commission.

Leader who can motivate dealer/distributor sales staff
Develop and execute a lead generation plan to meet/exceed annual targets
Maintaining and expanding the the database of prospects
Perform take-offs and executing quotations
Job site visits and installation guidance
Represent the company at trade shows, industry association meetings to promote products
Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, etc. and develops sales plan
