Outbound Call Center Representatives at American Management Services work alongside our team of Field Service Managers to set appointments with qualified business owners. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment.

Here it is...You must excel at selling, qualifying, and following a proven script over the phone. We are not looking for customer service reps. In fact, that’s exactly what we don’t want. We are looking to add to our rockstar sales team sooner rather than later. Are you a true closer?

Compensation: $20/Hr. plus commission. (earning potential from $55,000 - $80,000)

Shifts Offered: Monday - Thursday (8:30AM - 5:00PM), Friday (8:30AM - 4:00PM) | No Night Shifts.

A professional voice with an upbeat tone
2+ years of outbound call center experience
Proven success in a sales role
Basic computer skills
A confident but coachable attitude
