Medical Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Direct Hire Customer Account Representative who has strong customer service skills, is proactive and client-focused. The Customer Account Representative works with patients and clinics answering product and service questions. In addition, they will process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure excellent service standards.

This will be a hybrid role with initial onsite training required. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM. Pay is $21-$23/hr.

Customer Account Representative responsibilities:

• Acts as the primary contact for customers including patients, family members, medical providers and professional contacts regarding product needs.
• Process customer orders in accordance with company policy/Quality System and regulatory requirements for the handling of class III medical devices.
• Provide routine product troubleshooting assistance for medical products.
• Collaborate with internal staff members including Insurance Support Services, Audiology Technical Support Services, Accounting, Product Control, Order Fulfillment, and Sales teams to help maintain account relationships.

Position Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and collaborative team spirit a must!
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service experience or equivalent
