Account Services Specialist

We are seeking an Account Services Specialist to join our busy Mailroom/Print Shop!

The Account Services Specialist is an integral part of our in-house printshop/mailroom, At Once Printing. The Account Services Specialist will work closely with the other staff of At Once Printing as well as the Corporate Communications Department to fulfill orders for customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience, keen attention to detail, and thrive in a team setting. The role provides opportunities to collaborate with a variety of teams across the organization and develop long-term relationships with outside customers and vendors.

This is an on-site position reporting to our printshop/mailroom at our Bedford Park, IL corporate headquarters.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a point of contact for customers to ensure print and mail needs are met in a timely manner
• Track, trace, and keep accurate records of shipments and mailings
• Maintain internal logs and up-date systems as needed
• Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Assist with printing, binding, collating, processing, and preparing printed materials
• Sort batches and mailing and prepare for delivery or shipment
• Track inventory, order supplies, and contact machine vendors for service as needed
• Run weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently
• Exellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects with skill and flexibility
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude with willingness to learn new systems
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
