HC-Resource is seeking a highly skilled and driven Level2 Technical Support Engineer to join an expanding team within a thriving MSP catering to small to medium-sized businesses in Fort Lauderdale.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers, domain controllers and workstations
  • Office 365/Sharepoint/Exchange Online administration
  • Setup, maintain & troubleshoot virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot network routers, switches and firewalls

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience managing/deploying Windows Server (2008-2022)
  • Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTPS, SMB, CIFS, Routing. VPN, VLAN)
  • 2+ years of experience managing/deploying network devices
  • 2+ years of experience in VMware, Hyper-V
  • 365 Administration/Support
  • Cloud experience in Azure/AWS
  • RMM/PSA Experience (Datto RMM/Autotask)

Skills Required:
  • MSP experience is required
  • Ability to prioritize tickets a MUST
  • Self-motivated
  • Good communication
  • Strong prioritization/time management skills
  • Proactive thinker and quick learner
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
