HC-Resource is seeking a highly skilled and driven Level2 Technical Support Engineer to join an expanding team within a thriving MSP catering to small to medium-sized businesses in Fort Lauderdale.

- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers, domain controllers and workstations
- Office 365/Sharepoint/Exchange Online administration
- Setup, maintain & troubleshoot virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot network routers, switches and firewalls
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing/deploying Windows Server (2008-2022)
- Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTPS, SMB, CIFS, Routing. VPN, VLAN)
- 2+ years of experience managing/deploying network devices
- 2+ years of experience in VMware, Hyper-V
- 365 Administration/Support
- Cloud experience in Azure/AWS
- RMM/PSA Experience (Datto RMM/Autotask)
Skills Required:
- MSP experience is required
- Ability to prioritize tickets a MUST
- Self-motivated
- Good communication
- Strong prioritization/time management skills
- Proactive thinker and quick learner
- Strong customer service
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
