Job Description

First Line Production Supervisor (Furniture or Cabinet Industry)

Location: Cedar Hill, TX

NOTE: 8 weeks training overseas in Thailand and China factory

Requirements: 5 years or more experience for first line manufacture management, in the industry for wooden furniture prefer cabinets

Shift production operations. Recognize and solve problems affecting production including schedules, staff, waste and quality.
Responsible for the smooth and cost efficient running of the plant in Cedar Hill.
Ensure Employees are following safety procedures. Responsible for the safe operation of equipment.
Ensure employees are following quality procedures: Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Control Procedures, Customer lead time needs are being met
Ensure that employees are performing up to expectations in both productivity and waste.
Ensure employees are keeping work areas clean and free of debris and contaminants.
Perform other duties as assigned; Evaluate employees of their job skills.
