Marketing Manager

Copeland Buhl & Company PLLP is looking to add a Marketing Manager to our firm. As a Marketing Manager you will implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, educate potential clients on our services, and generate leads for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the firm's marketing strategy from start to finish.
• Partner with business development professionals to understand market needs and positioning in order to produce high-quality content, including thought leadership articles, case studies, and guides to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with outsourced resources in developing and implementing marketing strategy.
• Implement brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Drive digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content development.
• Manage external communication tools and marketing collateral, ensuring proper use and consistent branding.
• Implement systems for analytics and tracking marketing efforts and performance, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and ROI to optimize marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role.
• Proficient in content management and web-based analytics systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
