Accountant

Our client is looking to bring on a full time Accountant to join their team right away. The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and handling month end procedures. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.

This is a 100% onsite position with the person sitting onsite at their Fairfield/Vallejo office.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Prepare tax documents
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data entry and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively and expediently in a team environment.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
