Personal Trainer

Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. $20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly
• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
• Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out
• Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations
• Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
• This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
