Remake Analyst

SVS Vision is on the lookout for a forward-thinking Remake Analyst to help train and assist our retail locations with order entry inputs and optical recommendations. Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager, you will provide relevant insights to help the retail locations troubleshoot patient orders, address training opportunities. We’ll count on you to take a hard look at our performance and make optical recommendations for improvement and growth. What you’ll do:

• Analyze and track reasons for errors by department, area, and employee.
• Implement existing procedures to protect the company’s inventory and assets.
• Help identify training opportunities to grow the personnel in our locations, then provide essential support operationally across sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate across departments to gain insights into our operational processes as the business evolves.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to staff.
• Cross-training and backup for team roles beyond direct daily responsibilities.

Who you are:

• Backed by 2–4 years of optical experience
• A detail-oriented, operationally-minded thinker who understands transactions and customer behavior
• Ability to navigate multiple system effectively
• A crystal-clear communicator, both in writing and in person
• Proactive and comfortable working through uncertainty
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using data visualization tools
