Project Manager

Professional Search Group (PSG) is looking for a Project Manager that is a jack of all trades with a knack for operations and sales. Our client is a leading telecommunications company in Cypress, CA, and is seeking this dynamic Project Manager to join their team. As a vital member of the operations department, you'll handle a range of responsibilities including quoting, ordering, contract renewals, shipping, billing, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude and willingness to do anything to get the job done.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Coordinate quoting, ordering, and contract renewals.

- Assist with shipping, billing, and accounts receivable/accounts payable.

- Facilitate vendor quotes and contract generation.

- Manage installation and delivery coordination for voice and internet services.

- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, engineers, and foremen.

- Assist with upselling and building quotes.

- Participate in ongoing project workload, with approximately 60 projects currently open.

- Actively engage in ongoing renewal processes and circuit order management.

Qualifications:

- Experience in telecommunications operations and sales preferred.

- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical terms.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a willingness to jump in and help.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

- Hybrid schedule with three days in office.

- Standard hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
