1st Shift Hose Fabricator (General Assembly)

Position Summary:

We are seeking Hose Fabricators at Parker-Hannifin Hose Products Division (HPD) in Greensboro, NC to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, as well as Employee Referral, Attendance, and Quarterly bonus opportunities!

This position is light-duty manufacturing with manual processes (measure, cut, push, crimp). Applicants should be prepared to work standing for 8+ hours daily and lift up to 35 lbs. Experience is preferred, but not required. Training is provided. Work expectations and requirements are subject to change based on production needs and availability.

1st shift standard hours are from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm but may vary based on production needs.

Responsibilities:

✓ Performs hose assembly, and ensures standard work process is followed, in a Work Center team environment

✓ Operate and set-up of manufacturing equipment and saws

✓ Performs daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment

✓ Exercise good housekeeping in work area 5S plus Safety

✓ Conducts in-process inspection and enters work order data into router

✓ Accounts for and properly disposes of scrap Qualifications

✓ High School Diploma or GED equivalency

✓ Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.

✓ Previous work in a fast paced, repetitive environment is preferred, but not required.
