Assistant Production Supervisor

Assistant Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production personnel on the 3rd Shift (10pm start) to drive a safe and highly efficient production operation to produce high quality food products. This position requires strong leadership and people skills. Process development is critical in this role.
Must mentor production personnel, contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure that proper quality, sanitation, and safety guidelines are being met. Another key aspect of this position is the selection and cross-training of employees and increasing productivity with innovative methods and motivating staff to perform better.Minimum Qualifications5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or other equivalent experienceStrong communication skillsBi-Lingual English/Spanish a mustAbility to work a flexible schedule
