Job DescriptionCompany Description
Summary:
Build and maintain positive business relationships with internal and external customers by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of all details
- Handle incoming phone calls, customer emails and faxes
- Field general product questions from customers
- Process product returns
- Able to work independently, requiring occasional assistance
- Able to generate reports out of the CRM
- Train on all products
- Report, enter and manage product complaints
- Maintain domestic customer profiles and account information
- Communicate with customers by telephone and email, responding to all inquiries promptly
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Research Order Issues, discrepancies
Education/Work Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-4 years related customer service experience.
