YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A SENIOR LIVING RESIDENT SERVICES DIRECTOR:

As our Senior Living Resident Services Director, you start your day with a warm welcome from residents, each with their unique stories and needs. You're the go-to person for ensuring they receive the care and support they deserve. You spend your day coordinating services, collaborating with families, and advocating for residents' well-being. Whether it's helping with healthcare arrangements or organizing community events, you're at the heart of making our residents' lives fulfilling and dignified.

MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience working in senior living
• Experience working in healthcare in any capacity

WORK SCHEDULE:

This full-time position operates Sunday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Occasional off-hours and weekends may be required as job needs vary.
