Job Summary:
Interim HealthCare - Santa Rosa, CA is looking for a highly motivated and Full Time Recruiter / Scheduler to join our team. As a Recruiter / Scheduler , you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates for various positions within the healthcare industry. This is a fast-paced, individual contributor role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare or medical recruiting or scheduling and a passion for helping others find meaningful employment opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and career fairs
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Scheduling staff to work in homes or facilties

Requirements:
- Experience, preferably in healthcare or medical industry or human resource experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
