Mains'l Solutions is excited to announce that we have an opening for a full-time Billing Software Specialist. The Billing Software Specialist will work with our Software team, reporting to the Lead Software Engineer, to help with the organization and expedition of our billing processes.

Salary: $54,466 DOE

Location: Hybrid-Brooklyn Park, MN

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and submit billing files using custom software applications
• Process electronic remittances
• Create and process Medicaid eligibility reports
• Monthly Accounts Receivable procedures
• Evaluate billing spreadsheets and other data for accuracy and completeness
• Quarterly Tax filing and payments
• Participate in design of new features and processes
• Maintain/Improve historical documentation of all billing, payment, and eligibility transactions

• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Experienced with MS Office, particularly Excel and Access
• 1-2 Years of Experience with Financial Software
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and numerical skills
• Keen attention to detail and proven ability to work accurately with tight deadlines
• Must be a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new and evolving customer requirements
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
