Position Summary: The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and other members of the technology team to create comprehensive actions plans to achieve overall technology project goals. The ideal candidate will understand the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), documentation best practices, agile methodologies, and organizational/interpersonal skills.

Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborates with project teams, create, and maintain development project plans, milestones, and schedules for all assigned projects.
- Provide oversight during project execution to ensure scope alignment with project deadlines.
- Tracks and resolves project issues/impediments and team blocks. Facilitate escalation of issues by the development team to the appropriate project team or business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees, and project manager.
- Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
- Responsible for maintaining a compliance score of <95% within our agent management database.
- Provide oversight of email campaigns and workflow related to the agent management database.
- Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and user guides.
- Act as an escalation point for the technology team and stakeholders.
- Follow and enforce documented Grid151 policies and procedures.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable work experience
- 1-2 years working in project related environment
- Effective interpersonal, conflict management, resolution, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a technical environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Experience with Project Management tools
- Change management experience in a software development environment is a plus
- Title Insurance/Mortgage Banking Industry software experience is a plus
