Job Description

Responsibilities

Performs Facility maintenance as directed
Repairs production and support equipment as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
Preventative Maintenance on machinery and facility
Maintains work area I a neat and orderly condition
Works Safely, and adheres to all established safety rules and work practices
Informs Maintenance Supervisor of job related problems and work activity
Acts as first responder for emergencies as directed by supervisor
Maintains a positive work attitude and promotes a "team approach"
Required to work overtime including weekends if needed
Maintain building and grounds as needed
Utilize shop tools and other equipment as needed

Skills/experience

HS education or equivalent, plus appropriate technical training
Related work experience including 2 years performing preventative maintenance
Strong communication skills
A strong mechanical and electrical background
Working knowledge of machine controls
Computer skills
Experience with parts inventory and management
Ability to work from blueprints and machine diagrams
Ability to operate forklifts as needed
