Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to success in water resources projects
- Develop proposals, scopes, and fees
- Manage planning, modeling, and regulatory compliance
- Build successful relationships with clients, staff, and authorities
- Present at hearings, commissions, and council meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- PE registration in OK (ability to obtain in NM & TX)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water resources
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS preferred
- Expert knowledge of civil engineering practices and principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
