Job Description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Production Workers (General Laborers) in Goodyear, AZ. As a Production Worker for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced food production environment and assist with the creation and packaging of ready-made meals to ship to customers.

Production Workers are required to perform a variety of tasks that require manual labor and use of tools, machinery, and equipment. The position entails heavy lifting and standing on your feet the entire shift. Cool environment - temperatures will range between 32 and 39 degrees.

Production Workers - General Laborers Shift Hours:

1st Shift 4:00 am-2:30 pm or 6:00am-4:30 pm.
2nd Shift 2:30 pm-1:00 am
3rd Shift 5:00 pm- 3:30 am or 7:00 pm-5:30 am.

Responsibilities of the Production (General Laborers):

Operate tools, machinery, and equipment to produce meals and packaging.
Follow instructions and adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure a safe work environment.
Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of production.
Works with entire production team to assist with manufacturing and warehouse processes from beginning to end.
Ensures that all completed meals are packaged and ready to ship out in time.

Required Qualifications of the Production (General Laborers):

Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
