Job Overview:

The Marketing department is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on the website/CMS as well as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills and fantastic content creation skills. We welcome digital natives with 2-3 years of work experience to help us build and maintain a best-in-class website. This role is non-technical. The position is based in Charlotte, NC with a flexible office/work from home schedule (3-4 days office/1-2 days home).

Responsibilities:

• Create new website content, web pages, landing pages for the website using a CMS system
• Identify ways to improve the overall user experience of the website
• Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics
• Produce sitemaps that visualize the structure and functions of the website
• Manage SEO and pay-per-click/keywords activities
• Lead generation programs and CRM/email integration and automation
• Monitor, assess, and report on website performance
• Ensure the website complies with appropriate laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience around web/CMS, SEO and PPC
• Expertise in working with CMS systems to create and maintain web pages, landing pages and user experience
• Expertise around lead generation, CRM integration and email automation
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and analytical and data visualization skills
• Expertise in design, graphics and layout related to websites
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Excellent content creation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop (or similar programs)
