RN Civil Construction is currently hiring for a full-time Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the Centennial, CO area. This project management position earns a competitive salary of $115,000 - $135,000/year, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This project management position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you play a vital role in our company. Using your skills in project administration, you ensure that our jobs are completed on time and within budget. To do so, you tackle a variety of tasks, including purchase orders, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), pay applications, and more. Scheduling is another important duty, and you keep a close eye on each job to make sure the needed materials are in the right place at the right time. Money-savvy, you keep a tight rein on the costs of the job and do your best to find quality materials at reasonable prices.

You also strive to cultivate great working relationships with the owners, engineers, and subcontractors who take part in a project. If ever questions or concerns arise, you resolve them using your excellent people skills. A team player, you encourage safety every chance you get, and our employees know you have their backs. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

  • BS degree in engineering or construction management
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • 3+ years of experience in project administration
  • Ability to read plans and understand specifications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
