Position Overview:
We are proudly obsessed with the dirty details here at Fikes! Our team is currently seeking a driven and dedicated Janitorial Lead Supervisor to oversee our janitorial team in the Puget Sound region. If you have experience in custodial roles and leadership positions, we want to hear from you. Join us in delivering exceptional service to our clients through your expertise in project management, team leadership, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise janitorial staff and oversee their daily tasks
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of facilities according to company standards and contract requirements
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to quality service
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members
• Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Ensure that company safety, security, and quality standards are followed by staff members
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met
• Provide regular shift reports and staffing updates to Leadership
• Respond to and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Perform janitorial duties including floor maintenance, appliance cleaning, trash removal and restroom cleaning

Qualifications:

• Experience in supervising cleaning services (including janitorial and floor care services) within a commercial environment
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• High school or equivalent education preferred

Pay: $55,000-70,000
Job Type: Full Time
Expected Hours: 40 hours minimum per week
