YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

You start your day by checking in with the team to prioritize your schedule. You're equipped with a company vehicle and set out to visit clients' homes or businesses to perform installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on refrigeration systems. Throughout the day, you diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring systems are up to standard and clients are satisfied. You maintain accurate records of your work and communicate clearly with clients, providing guidance on system maintenance. Your day may also involve collaborating with colleagues to complete larger projects and offer support on complex service calls.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a refrigeration technician with a focus on refrigeration systems
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and principles
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting refrigeration issues
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Refrigeration certification (preferred)

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. We offer both morning shifts and day shifts with on-call work as needed.
