The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints is seeking a Technical Recruiter. Our Recruiters are builders of capability within the Lord's talent storehouse who hasten the cause of the Master by drawing, enabling, and improving talent and by shaping the Church's work environment, which allows employees to give their best to the Lord. Implements policies and tools with judgment. Coaches to implement end-to-end processes.
Responsibilities:
Works with limited supervision. Leads, plans, and conducts assignments. Plans and assigns personnel for given projects or tasks. Participates in setting work group goals. Helps others improve upon and gain new talents. May provide supervision to one or two HR personnel. Responsible to manage direct reports through the Accountability and Talent Improvement process. Interprets and applies organizational policy. Gathers data/information and performs analysis within assigned stewardship. Responsible to make sure solutions are implemented. Provides technical leadership and strategic advice in area of specialty to senior managers, and is typically responsible for HR specialist support to several hundreds of employees across a geographically diverse area. May lead in complex projects/assignments of large scope working closely with management. General understanding of organization's key business, major priorities, and objectives. Applies broad knowledge in area of HR specialization by offering support similar to an outsourced consultant. Anticipates issues/needs; recommends solutions and approaches within
Qualifications: Master's Degree plus six years related experience or Bachelor's Degree plus eight years related experience or equivalent experience. Successful experience partnering with managers to deliver key results. Successful experience managing division or department-wide projects. Possesses people management skills. Demonstrates consistently good judgment in providing innovative and creative solutions to complex issues. Demonstrates sense of urgency to promptly resolve priority issues. Applies project and change management principles in organizing and accomplishing the work; willing to change direction when needed. Proactive in identifying ways and methods to achieve division/area goals. Applies the talents of counseling together with peers, leaders, and direct reports. Consistently demonstrates strong communication skills; asks effective questions to resolve concerns.
Worthiness Qualification: Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
